CHINA GAS HOLD (00384.HK) announced related transactions, with its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongran Hongming acquiring a total of 23% equity from China Shuangtan, Huiguang Lianzhi, and Meiya for a total consideration of RMB 216 million. The proceeds will mainly be used for the ongoing business development of the electricity and new energy division.
